I have used Blue Line for the last 6 years. Many of my trips have been to the airport. The problem with Winnipeg is that they aren't too many taxi' companies available that offer rides for w/c's. If you expect rides at busy times, yes, of course, there are times you do have to wait an hour or two, no matter what company you used. But, I have to say, BLUELINE has never made me miss a flight. They always get me to the airport in time and I find their service is very reliable. Also, I find their drivers are quite friendly and personable...

Very poor service. Called them and they said 45 minutes one hour and half after that nothing. I called back to state weve been waiting and they said that 45 minutes was never stated and then hung up on my self. That is very unprofessional

I've had the most uncomfortable dealing with this taxi company. They used to be a very good high end company here in Winnipeg. So when I had to go to the airport in February I called them to pick me up and drive me at a set time. First, they did not show up on time. I had to call and they finally got here (can't remember - 1/2 hr late? 3/4 hr late? - then when we get there I'm told their credit card machine is not working so they would have to take down my credit card number. I gave it. I received a call a few weeks later telling me they took the number down wrong and needed it again?? I felt really uncomfortable with this and asked what number was written down. They couldn't tell me. I told them to call back when they could and we would sort it out. No call back was done and I forgot about it and didn't claim it through my work expenses. Now today I get a call from them in the morning. I assumed it was a wrong number and said so. Then went to work. I got home and the same driver from back then shows up at my door asking for the cash for the fare!! what??!! I told him this made me uncomfortable and that it was unprofessional and that his company should contact me properly. He talked about where I worked, and at this point I'm feeling a bit stalked. I then find multiple calls made to my house during this same day. 5 minutes later I get a phone call telling me they live close by. I have no issues paying for a fare obviously, (if the first one really wasn't charged - I'd better double check!!) but told them I would need a receipt and would still need to pay only by company credit card. I'd need a written explanation of the problem at this point to get reimbursed from work. extremely unprofessional business. I will never use them again!

Called 4 hours in advance at 9am to book a ride for a 12:45 trip to the airport. The initial price quoted was double the standard fare but was able to get a more legitimate rate. They were late and lied 4 consecutive times about when they would show up, I had to call each time, they did not call me. Showed up 45 minutes late and 4 people missed their flight. Systemic unprofessionalism, incompetence and negligence.

Used Blueline last December to take our family to the airport including 2 kids in car seats. The driver was pleasant. When we got to the airport he asked for $30.00 for what was normally a $14.00 fare. I paid and got a receipt. When I got home I called the Taxi Cab Biard. They said if the meter wasn't on the fare is free. The cab comoany returned my $30.00 through the taxi cab board. When this company first started out, they had a licence to charge more than a regular cab and were a top notch outfit. The business model didn't work out and now they are no better than the rest

unicity ripped me off by double billing a few times so I switched to blueline. no problems since. regardless of race drivers should be respectful of passengers and keep the smells in the car clean.

I received professional, courteous, prompt service from this company. I used their service repeatedly to transport a client who required assistance. I appreciated being able to rely on Blueline staff to meet pick up schedules.
