Was picked up at about 2AM, July 24 2011 at Kipling Station in Toronto. When we tried to give our driver directions, he insisted he knew the way and became belligerent with my friend. This continued the whole ride and he ultimately drove us back to Kipling Station, at which point he began yelling homophobic slurs at my friends and told other cabs waiting not to drive us because of a perceived sexuality. His cab licence number was A0645. Do not use this company.

Got picked up on Queen's Quay yesterday AM to the bus terminal. Fare was 11, paid him 22 and he refused to give me back my 10 in change. He was a 50-ish male of portugese/italian descent, driving a grey van.

I have ALWAYS found the drivers of Ambassador taxis polite and knowledgeable. It is my understanding that they are all owner driven and have a vested interest in being the best they can. Also, I have never got into one where the previous passenger had been smoking - that's a big deal to me.

I will NEVER use this taxi service again. They are the rude, unsafe and unknowledgeable. Not only did the driver not know how to get around the city, he thought it was a good idea to MAKE A U-TURN going onto the DVP. ARE YOU JOKING ME. I spoke up about this and his response was that he was going to give me a dollar off. Another joke. When I got out, I told him that what he did was unsafe and illegal and he decided to start fighting with me about it. Disgusting.

Don't ever get into Ambassador Taxi #A1311. This guy is an unsafe driver and a jerk. He runs a red light, almost hits a pedestrian, and then starts yelling and the pedestrian, and them me (the passenger). I had to get out of the cab and he calls me a bum! Never again will I use Ambassador.

This morning just after 7:00 a.m. on Yonge at Yorkville an Ambassador Taxi cab was just a bit ahead of me in the passing lane going south. He puts on his indicator light and IMMEDIATELY starts to come into my lane. I don't get this with TAXI drivers especially, where did they get the IDEA that if they put their indicator light on it means they are coming over into your lane NOW whether someone is in that lane or not. I leaned on the horn and he kept coming over. I think your Taxi drivers are nuts or either smoking something. They are just not there. His  liscense was AVJX759, A1210. If I can't drive on the roads with these imbeciles do you really think I would step foot in one! Not on MY life!

Ahmed Mohammed was like the SAFEST DRIVER EVER! I paid that guy over $1,000 to have unlimited rides. The biggest trip was from Toronto, Ontario to Buffalo, New York. He was nice, but no manners, no thank you, no sorry. I invited him to dinner: 'Wanna come?" "ok, let me park" After the bill. Ahmed: "Let me pay" Me: "no, its okay" Ahmed: "ok" but over all HE WAS GREAT! i still this it was a little pricy, but at lease it was cheaper that renting a car!

MY WIFE GOT A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT AND DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY ON HER. BY LUCK, MY WIFE WAS OK  BY GATHERING POCKET CHANGE AND THE TAXI DRIVER SAID THAT THERE WAS 10 CENTS MISSING. MY WIFE REPLIED THAT EVERYTHING WAS THERE AND HE STARTED TO CALL HER BITCH, FUCKING BITCH, SCREAMING  AT HER  AND REFUSING TO GIVE HER HER BAG IN THE TRUNK. MY WIFE IS PREGNANT AND HE DID NOT GIVE A DAWN. CALLED HER NAMES, WAS ABRUPT, NON PROFESSIONAL  AT ALL.. THIS IS VERBALE ABUSE !!! THE DRIVER NUMBER IS #1375.
DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE AT ALL .  THIS COMPANY LISCENCE SHOULD BE REVOKED.

Ambassador Taxi is the worst taxi service. The cabs are fairly clean however the drivers are not professional in the least nor do the accurately charge the customer. I had a driver who did not calculate my fair properly then refused to offer an explanation as to how he came up with the total. Suffice it to say I will be taking my service elsewhere.
