Roaches cabs seem very arrogant! they seem to not care about costumer service anymore its only about the money. Which i get but that mind set has always failed.. i hear more and more people talking about diamond how they try to suit ur needs and don't make you wait forever.... so at the moment its deff. diamonds!!

roaches suck they take to long to pick someone up the longest i waited was 1 hr for a cab it was total bs

It rings so much because we're that busy. Guess why diamond picks up so quick. Cause they're not busy! We don't make $$ unless the meter is running. That's why diamond drivers are always trying to get hired at Roachs, to make some $$.

both cabs can suck at times other times gd. yes i stick with diamond when i go outnd im takin a cab but they both have meaaed up fords they both have some sucky drivers. but thats with any cab companie

my dad works for roach's and loves the company, but  i think he is leaving to go work for another cab company.... diamond..... i wonder why

Roachs is the only one to use. The Diamond cabs stink and are broke down junk.

Never use roaches i have had to use them a few times, each and everytime there is a problem, not only do you have to call twice because no one picks up the first 50 rings, but they take for every 15-20 and sometimes they dont even come. bs.

u obviously dont know how to call a taxi, the dispatcher is always helpful, just ask if there is a taxi available in the area your in. If not try one of the other 3 companies!
