i called a cab and was waiting outside, i saw it come and it turned around and left, when i called the company back and asked what happend the person on the other side of the phone line started swearing at me and expected me to know that the previous person left her purse in that specific cab, he was very rude and i was using that company for a while. They just lost a customer.

I thought the driver was an excellent route planner, saved me about 20 minutes, also they were way cheaper than the big city cabs.
