i use to like takin co op but they dont answer their phone and they are rude they never take the way you want to go .. i'm gonna tell my work not to use this cab ever again

this morning i called cab, cab driver is so rude. when i called co op to complaint. the guy who answer the phone is also rude and using abusive language. This is how these peoples do cutomer service. i have been spending 350 dollars every month. i am using their service for 6 months. Now i am gonna move on to other taxi business. by the way do any one know. how to bring this things to management attention to take action. they need to learn a lesson. thanks

I do not know what kind of practice you have with hiring your cab drivers, but most of them seem to have fallen off the turnip truck. For instance, tonight, car 63 was playing a dvd movie on a portable player. Is this allowed??? I would find it rather distracting as a driver. It does matter to me who is driving me and how the hell I get there. There are very unsafe driving practices going on with coop taxi and if this is to continue, I will have to advise my managers to drop the taxi company and go with another...like Regina Cabs. If someone calls in a complaint, the drivers is immeadiately repremanded and taken off the line for the rest of the day/night for his/her infraction.

Don't use co-op taxi. Their drivers are rude and are disgusting towards women when threy are alone in the cab. I called to complain and the company didn't care.

I spent $28 to go on the ring road from Glencairn Village to the airport, and that was early in the morning when there was no traffic!  I thought that was a lot and the driver was really slow.
