I travel alot for work and never have a problem paying by credit card, except in Regina. I took a flight to Calgary on Monday morning and the driver asked me 4 times if I had cash. Each time I said no and that the company likes taxi service paid by credit card. Then he made a production out of taking my CC information and didn't turn off the meter while he did it and the meter went up by $2 while I sat there and waited for him to ready the CC slip. Just annoying. I won't be using Regina Cabs again.

I have been taking your cab 3-4 times a week for years now (2351 Rose St)& my employment (co-operators)has an account with you and always been happy with the sevice today I waited for over 1/2 hr when they said 5-10mins. I went out directly as always yet your dispatcher kept arguing with me saying the driver was there. I have always waited in the back and never made your drivers wait or get out of their car. Your driver was rude and was totally unprofessional as he said he didn't want to argue yet thats all he did with me. I will never be taking your cabs again and I will share this with my company. So disappointed.

(correction) Sorry, it was not the driver that was extremely rude since he never showed up it was your dispatcher. I have never delt with him before and will never again. He should not be dealing with the public.

I was going to call and complain but by most of your comments that sounds useless. i almost got hit twice crossing the street and he flipped me off because he almost hit me. rude people is all i gotta say

its true they r rude they dnt even talk or wish u. How is the company still serving? does jus money maters or even the service?

I have taken three co op taxis this week and while the main dispacth person (on the phone) speaks quickly and quietly (not a good phone voice) -- The actual drivers are kind and professional. One drove very quickly to my destination and actually actually did not want me to pay an extra 20 cents on the meter! I did pay it though, with tip because I appreciated the care he took to get me quickly to my destination. I was impressed.

Dispatchers told us we could not make a reservation for the taxi, however, promised us it would arrive in 15 minutes anyhow. So we called 15 minutes ahead as requested, and they came 35 minutes later. When we called to complain, they were extremely rude, and threatened to give our taxi away to someone else. No apology. The driver on the other hand was extremely nice. I feel sorry for him that he has to work with people like this. I will never use CO OP again, and have already moved to Captial cabs, who were very pleasant on the phone.

I came in regina 6 months ago and since then i have been using cab.I started with capital's dirty vehicle and none of the drivers knew any directions and language was a big issue.So capital cab is the Worst company in regina , then I went over to regina cab, you're kept on hold and they never get the cab on time. they are rude drivers and the management does not care.So since 4 months i have been taking coop taxi. It is a great company. the drivers are very helpfull and they know what customer service means.All there cars are one colour, nice and clean vehicles.I will always use coop taxi.

Service very poor, wait time extremely long, rude drivers, complaints not addressed professionaly was laughed at. Drivers attempt to take the long way to your destination. They dont understand English very well and there cars have an ugly smell.
