i now these owners at capital cabsand i do not agree with this persons comment on mannagement not being fare and not carring about there people thatwork for them and there customers but since i work for capitalcabs .Inow that management has the greatest respect for all ofthere employies and customers.

Capital Cabs is a good company to call for the drivers mostly are very nice & well mannered. But, I wish I could say about the management in the office. They are suppose to treat their drivers like the way they treat their customers. With respect & this company has a problem with trying to reason their drivers & started in get into other peoples problems that aren't work related. as a former taxi driver with this company, I would strongly sugguest taking a diffrent cab company. I've got treated badly & the mangement does do alot of slandering that they aren't suppose to be. as far as the star rating goes out of 5 stars for customer service I give it 3 1/2, maybe 4 stars, but for working for the company I don't even think I give them a star, but I would give them 1/2 star.
