Dear Capital Cab, I recently lost my phone in one of your cabs. When I tried to reach your cab company that night you were very unhelpful and frustrating to work with. The receptionist for the company was a complete and utter idiot. She had no sympathy and sounded like she had the intelligence of a 5th grader. She informed me their was nothing that she could do and in the morning I would have to call the Regina police department because that is were all of the lost items are kept. The next day when I called the Regina Police department they informed me that the cab companies rarely turn anything in. I then called back to the cab company and told them my predicament. The receptionist was still and idiot and wouldn’t even get anyone to look in the cab for me. When I asked to have the address of the cab company she would not give it to me…real professional, maybe she didn’t even know where her own work was located. After I was fed up with dealing with the receptionist I demanded to speak to the manager who was very unprofessional and answered the phone sounding half drunk. After beginning him to check the cab he took my name and agreed to check the cab. While he was checking the cab I thought it would be a good idea to call my phone since it was on viberate and they would be able to hear it. Two seconds later my phone went straight to voicemail, which I thought, was peculiar since it was ringing all weekend. Right after I hung up the man called back asking where I was sitting and I told him in the front seat and assumed he found it since it was now going straight to voice mail, he immediately said no we didn’t find it and hung up. At this point I knew they had stolen my phone and there was no way to prove it. I found it a bit ridiculous that someone is so cold hearted as to steal my phone after hearing how upset I was. This just shows how you cant trust anyone…especially capital cab.

to bad for this ladys lose she wasso dammed high on crack fo r evan thinking t he manager was have drunk the manager works 24 7 never touches adrop of alcohol i now the owners of capital cabs and they are WORK AHOLICS

What age can a child be transported without adult supervision, and ONLY with your driver? Are there Car seats, booster seats provided?

Capital cab is not a taxi company,its a school transpot company.Unprofessional drivers and dirty old vans.

i now these owners at capital cabsand i do not agree  with this persons comment on mannagement not being fare and not carring about there people thatwork for them  and there customers but since i work for capitalcabs .Inow that management has the greatest respect for all ofthere employies and customers.
