I had really good service with them, even my house is hard to find hidden behind some other house in a laneway, they said no problem, we know that address. Driver was cordial. Being polite makes a huge difference to people in service.

Welcome to using a cab company in ottawa, these people don't have time to be cordial. They just want to know where you are and thats that. Get a life. Try blueline.. then you'll really know rude.

i just call d j taxi and the man who answeared the phone was very very rude he hang up the phone on me he had no right to do that bcs his phone was bad connection and he was saying about mine he doesn`t have any proper skills for that job i think his name was ron

I just called D.J. taxi to order a car at a certain time, to take people to the airport.
Firstly, the woman who answered the phone spoke really quickly so I asked her to repeat her name. I always acknowledge the person I am talking too as it is a respect thing. She was not impressed that I asked her to repeat her name( no class!) I then asked her if they arrange to have cars sent at a certain time. She hung up on me!!!!!!!!
I then tried, serveral times to call back and she kept sending my call( call display obviously) to voicemail!!!
So much for a taxi service!
I have been using the for over 15 years but as of now, I will only use other cabs and never use D.J. taxi again!!!
