Hello, I'm not possitive if it was a blue line cab that I took or not, but Friday October 30th, I took a cab around 2ish from the west end Greenbank to Deerfield, and I believe I left my brown cannon camera in the cab, I was wondering what type of action is taken when someone leaves something behind. We waved it down, so I don't have the number. If there was something left, is there a way I could be notified! thanks so much!

After I contacted them, Blueline Taxi picked me up within 5 minutes and got me safely to my destination.

I was dropped off in Gatineau with the driver promising to pick me up at the end of my meeting. When that time came the driver was not there and so I called him only to find out he would not be picking me up. I had to scramble to find transportation back to Ottawa. Never again will I go by Blue Line.

My husband travels frequently and uses cabs all the time.  There have been over three occations were Blue Line have failed to show up at prearranged times for "to airport" travel, therefore making him late for flights.  We now refuse to use Blue Line.
