I was in your cab one afternoon and the dispatcher was being very rude to one of the drivers. I don't think that is an appropriate way to treat co-workers, or to have customers listening to. He is the reason I will not be taking this cab anymore. You should look into getting some kinder people.

I use to take Diamond Taxi all the time, however one of there drivers is very vulger and makes disgusting imature "jokes", that I did get offended by. And lately the gentleman that works as dispatcher during the weekdays, mornings - I find very snappy, rude, and just very unpleasent. I'm gonna switch to Town Taxi for awhile, at least the sound like they smile every once in awhile. Thank you.

Instead of judging the whole company by 1 or 2 drivers , why don,t you tell the drivers concerned !! Instead of writting in this colomn call and put in a complaint !! Don,t put all then apples in the same basket !

Myself and two female co-workers took one of your cabs to the base in Gagetown recently. The driver was a big man and he seemed friendly at first but ended up making several inappropriate comments to us. When I asked for a cab the next day I made sure to indicate we did not want to drive with him again. You really should teach your drivers some customer service skills and at the very least they should knwo that inappropriate comments made to female passengers is never acceptable.
