I would like to thank the cab driver who took my mother home from the hospital, My mom doesn't remembers his name only his beard, this driver went out of his way, helping her down her snow covered driveway, up her steps unlocking her door and making sure she was safe inside Thank-You Able taxi

This taxi service is the worst I've ever used. The car was filthy and smelled like marijuana. The driver was rude, and became confrontational when I asked him if he knew where he was going after he got lost. Orillia isn't really that big. The driver was already mad about something when he picked me up, and kept grumbling to himself and making rude remarks to the radio. I tried to calm him down, but anything I said only made things worse. I always, always tip drivers, but this guy was such a head trip I could not justify rewarding his weird behavior. I recommend that nobody ever use this service if at all possible.

Can't understand why you wouldn't contact the company?? Able taxi is 100% driven on customer service! Able taxi has the newest cars in town and the best drivers. The other taxi company's get the drivers that able doesn't want! Able cabs are very clean and was voted the best in orillia!! See for yourself and read all comments!
