I called one (1) hour before pick up time that was to be 8 AM . the taxi never showed and no phone calls ( even though they said they tried to reach my cell, that was on). Therfore I missed the only Via Rail train for the day.

They never answer thier phones..

Called and a courteous woman answered prompty, took my request and even knew the odd median on my street! Confirmed the address and pickup time.
