omg i called them and they told me the driver will be there shortly. i asked how long they said 5 mins. 10 mins went by then nothing, another 5 nothing i called them back and cancel the taxi since i was already late for my meeting. so frustrating

RIP OFF ARTISTS. Gave me a flat rate over the phone to the airport of 65 dollars. pretty reasonable really. So i sent my fiancee away with them and they held her hostage. would not let her out of the car or have her luggage until she gave them 87 dollars. a far cry from the 65 FLAT RATE i was told it would be.

this is the best company,very polite staff and very helpful.did not wait long for a taxi at all.the drivers are great i suggest this company for everyone

a-1 service call and ask for mosen best driver in the world.very polite ,cuteous and his car smells great.

Worst taxi service in newmarket, drivers are very rude and the phone operator can't speak English. They are way too busy, it takes 15-20 minutes for a cab to arrive. Do not call this company, I would not recommend it.

TODAY's taxi is somehow linked with another mobility company that call themselves A D A P T(mobility or something like that)...what's interesting about A D A P T is that they claim to be a non profit transportation company that service individuals with special needs. they also claim they are cheaper than other taxi companies... I and another individual called for an approximate rate for a 7 minute vehicle ride on the same evening to a similar location .......A D A P T 'S driver called us back and gave us an outrages price...so much for non profit or charity...we did not want a free ride, just not to be ripped off. I did call another taxi company and they did quote us a rate that was less than half AD A P T'S price... MY OPINION WHO EVER RUNS A D A P T does not know what his driver's are charging after hours or he chooses not to know. IT TRULY IS A DISGUSTING TIME WHEN PEOPLE WHO ARE ELDERLY OR DISADVANTAGED OR HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS ARE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY ORGANIZATIONS WHO PUT THEIR NUMBER OUT TO RETIREMENT HOMES AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE THESE INDIVIDUALS NEED TO BE AND THESE COMPANIES CLAIM THEY ARE LEGITIMENT
