Very disappointing service. examples:
1. I called twice for a cab yesterday, the day after the snowstorm. Each time the lady dispacher insisted that she couldn't tell whether it is 10 minutes or an hour to wait, but that I must wait readily at the door!
2. Often the lady dispatcher who takes the calls is rude, impatient and completely unresponsive.
I have been to other big cities where the taxi service seems to belong to another universe compared with your services here.
The key word in your line of business is "service". I'm not sure your employees fully understand what's involved in offering a service, namely, politeness, efficiency, accuracy of information, reliability, trust.
I hope someone is listening and working on these problems.

Noga

I do not drive so I take a minimum of 10 cabs a week, but I find that Diamond which serves my area, takes too long when you call, I just moved to a new area in Montreal, I used to deal with co-op de l'est and within 5 minutes I had a cab with Diamond could take up to 12 minutes I actually calculated
Back to Montreal Taxi

One clear issue needs to be adressed : the rudeness and callous character of the dispatchers. Professionnalism is the cornerstone of every service and I, as a customer, am very, very displeased.
After reading the posting conditions, I must say that the irony is sickening, since I have been the victim of homophobic slander by a taxi driver ("fkn fgt" were his exact words, if you must know). I have already filed a complaint against said driver and have yet to receive ANY form of feedback. Believe me, this will not keep me from calling as this sort of behavior is inexcusable. No sir, I didn't like it.
Service can be described as mediocre at best.
