Terrible service.
I offered to pay with a taxi voucher and the driver actually yelled at me repeatedly saying he will not accept it.

faites attention si vous payez par carte bancaire , le taxi a change le montant inscrit sur le recu il m a preleve 4 fois plus.....C est un voleur et la compagnie ne peut meme pas le retracer , heuresement j ai tout recupere avec visa... Mais faites attention y en a qui sont vraiment pourri

After I gave my address the dispatcher hangs up. No OK, thanks. Bye. Just hangs up. I thought maybe we were disconnected so I call back to confirm which was pretty annoying. Terrible customer service. Years ago I thought they were a rude company and I should never use this company if they are so independent to be rude.

The drivers are so rude, they just try to make the way longer, the only thing they think is money, not the customer`s satisfaction! Never ever use it!

I've never had any problems with Diamond Taxi. They always come on time. Always help me with my luggage and are courteous. Also the dispatchers have never been rude. Why does everyone else have such bad luck with them?

Don't ever hire anyone from Taxi Diamond Montreal. They are rude and obnoxious. The despatchers are particularly rude.

After travelling to Montreal several times on business I was beckoned with the ultimate displeasure and misfortune of riding with Diamond Taxi Company. Not only were the Taxi Drivers complete and utter scumbags but the one I was assigned to ride with (and i quote this to the best of my ability), smelled of rotten cheese and day old fart. Not to mention he was fat, obnoxious, rude and he had about 3 or 4 cats riding with him in the front of the carriage. He also made homosexual gestures towards me and suggested that I invite him into my hotel room for coffee and pastries. I will never ride with Diamond Again....good riddance !
