We took a taxi Pontiac Hemlock on night Sept28 at Trudeau : driver arrogant, idiot, aggressive, sexist, the whole package ! Never seen such a bad attitude and inexistant customer service in our whole life (and we are Parisians, you now what they said about Parisians taxis drivers : this guy was way more unpleasant)! We send a complaining email to the company & have already started to advice our friends and business contacts to avoid them. Don't ever lose your time & money for such a bad service and attitude : usually, we use Diamond or Jaguar (limos), ALL their drivers were so much more courteous and professional, as it should be.

drivers do whatever they want, lack of management rules. even after calling them 2 times not to send a specific driver, they still sent me him. i do not call them any longer. atlas is number one in ndg

The best company 4 ever they give a good service and thire car are clean at the same time u cound not juge on 1 or 2 drivers all the companies have some strange dirvers.

By far the worst taxi company in Montreal. driver argues with customers and driver also fight with ther co-workers, stealing eachothers calls.very unprofessional. I now call diamond or angrignon taxi

By far the worst company (across the board) I had to deal with ever. After loosing my wallet in one of their taxi, I called their call center. The person thakt was there on the night from friday to saturday October 31 2008 to November 1 2008 was the rudest I have ever dealt with. Based on this experience I will never again use diamond taxi services and will not recommend to any of my friends! PLEASE DO NOT USE DIAMOND!!!

Pontiac Hemlock Taxi is the worst service of all. In my recent travels to Montreal, the drivers have shown poor customer service, complaining about credit card use, asking for cash, and worse of all asking for tips when they didn't even get out of the cab to get you bags. In one situation I've noticed the worse driver I've even drive a taxi. he was making verbal and hand gestures and cutting other cars off and honking. I've asked the hotels where I stay not to call for taxis from this company and avoid using their taxis at all times.
