The best dispatcher at Golden Taxi I found was a lady named Janis. Courtous, made sure taxi was on time and I was at the airport when I wanted to be there.  She is the best dispatcher at Golden Taxi.  I have had her many times when I called and I was never rushed off the phone like the other dispatchers do. I have made a compliment to City Hall regarding this dispatcher, and hope the City of Mississauga hires more people like her!  I will keep comming back and using Golden Taxi for as long as she is there.

Unreliable!!!! I was late for work because of the dispatcher. He probably mixed up my address the first time I called. I followed up for the cab 3 or 4 times, the dispatcher kept on saying the cab was 2 minutes away on all 3 or 4 ocassions. He could have at least called for the exact location of the cab and informed me about it but NO, he even said it was not his fault if the drivers were lying to him.
People take cabs because it is convenient and a faster mode of public transport. NOT IN THIS CASE!!!!! I was 35 minutes late for work because of this. There was NO TRAFFIC by the way. The driver received the request at 1024AM he was at my place at 1028AM. SO WHO DO YOU THINK IS TO BE BLAMED. I have/ had no problems with the drivers of the cab company they are courteous and helpful. MY BIG PROBLEM WAS THE DISPATCHER!!!!
