By early 2001,TAXIMAN had evolved to "XDS" (eXpert Dispatch System). MDC's (mobile data computers) equipped with GPS (global positioning system) were added to all cabs operating under the Blue & White roof sign. The tedious tracking of calls and cabs was now done automatically, freeing up personnel to focus on their primary responsibility - ensuring that customers receive the first class service that they have come to expect from the professionals at Blue & White.
