Called and got a cab. I know the guy who drives and he does not have a licence. He had a stroke and went to renew it and they never gave him one back. Nice to see you trust other ppls with a guy that has had three major strokes. Terrible company

Most Frightening Cab Ride Ever! Driver was exceeding the speed limit by 20-30 km/hr for entire trip, on his cell phone almost the entire trip, and didn't have his seat belt on. I had to tell him the address three times and he still got it wrong when reporting it to the dispatcher and I still had to direct him. Mini-Van with license plate number 897 IDB - if this one pulls up for you, wait for the next one...

Dont know what buddy was yapping about crack. But i have had great times drivers for years. Everone has a bad day once and a while but on the norm its been great.

Worst cab company ever. Nothing but big fat smell indians for drivers who try to rip you off. Everyone of them got there lisnce from a cracker jack box. More than half of the drivers are high on crack while working, the other half are high on coke.... Seriously not even kidding

I called this service and requested an estimate. I provided my debit card and said I will have to get my physical address and phone back and give the okay to charge my card. My cell signal died (I have US service). They sent a taxi to the nearest town (without having my address) and charged my card for $600 plus dollars. This is fraudulent behavior. I do NOT recommend this service at all especially for visitors or tourists to this area.

Tell the whole "TRUE" story!
You asked for a price, requested a taxi and provided credit card informatiion.
You said the driver will have to call you when he got there so you could get directions for him.
A driver was sent and tried for over an hour to get ahold of you as did the office!
You phoned to cancel the taxi, but it was already on the way back to Lloydminster as we could not contact you, (after an hour of trying).
Service was provided and you were charged accordingly!
Since when do you give your credit card information when you are only checking a price? I know I don't and I have never been asked for credit card to find out a price.
Besides, we DO NOT require this information for giving prices!
