I love Bob Taxi's drivers, there very socialite and are damn funny. Pretty entertaining rides and cool cars, yellow cabs just like the New York Cab, plus there very comfty! Bob Taxi is the only cab company i call

Terrible service! Driver ripped me off and got lost and made me pay the entire fare. He threatened to call the police if I didn't and I paid because I couldn't deal with that hassle and was in a rush. He even yelled at me in french, knowing I am English. Bob Taxi sucks, don't take them!

Did you call the dispach at 819-561-1512 the driver would of gotten fired , Bob taxi values there clients greatly , i been working for them for a few months now , you are right about the driver should not of charged you for the entire fare if he got lost , i know there is some drivers that tries to get the max out of the metters by taking longer detours i see that for my self when i picked up some army guy at the motel and brought them to the gatineau airport , my fare was 25$ , the army guy told me other driver from the night before that brought them to the motel charged them 35$ , because they took a longer road , same with an other client i picked up in gatineau near the airport going to hull , i drive him and it cost him 43$ and client told me normaly other driver would charge him 52$ , soo ya some drivers are crooked but that in all taxi company there some good ones and some bad ones , if you see that call the dispatch about the driver , take down his licence plate and the time of the run , try to ask for receipt for proof , they will takecare of him.
