My wife called for a taxi and the dispatcher said it would come in 10 minutes. When it didn't show up she called again. He said it was on her street. Then he said it was at the door, but there was no taxi. She verified the address a few times. She waited half an hour and no taxi ever showed up. We are never using Trius again.

Waited 2 hours for a taxi. Called back 4 times to inquire its where abouts. Said it was "on its way". Showed up over 2 hours after calling. Terrible.

2 hrs??? I don't think so. Trius been always the best cab in Freddy, Drivers are very friendly and the their prices are really reasonable . I won't trust my kids to travel with anybody else

Do not use Trius Taxis. The cab drivers are thieves and completely dishonest. I left a bag in their cab worth well over 200 dollars, and the company would not return the cab when I called no more than one minute after dropping me off.

its not the company that uses scanners it is drivers who use scanners and they are the ones stealing other drivers fares. drivers within same company even steal other drivers fares at checker. shameful!

I decided to verify this with my friend Lisa, everything she said is true and i advise everyone to stay away from this company and I called the company i take back to let them know what That Trius driver was trying to do when I DID NOT EVEN CALL THE STUPID ASS COMPANY

Trius is a bunch of thieves, they use scanners and steel other company orders listening to their radios. Their service is horrible and they over price on purpose, but when i saw them using a radio scanner to steal customers from other companies i said enough of that bs, they should be reported to the CRTS and their dispatchers who use scanners as well she be fined. They think us customers are stupid but they tried steeling a friend is how i found all this out. TRIUS= THIEVES and should be shut down.

On one more note have you been in a Taxi Cab in Montreal,TO,Calgary,Edmonton thay do have metres there and do turn them on and keep them on tell your ride is over even in traffic.A 4 min ride two years ago cost me 12 bucks and did not go far 3 kms.

Be happy theres a fate rate.s in the city get in the traffic with metres and you well pay not six bucks for 20 min's but 15 bucks maybe more be happy there fixed rates.There some of lowest rates in canada.

The cab driver driving the white van was very very rude tonight, I was with another girl and while she was saying goodbye to a old friend while I was waiting in the van, the cab driver was very rude and didnt care about the customer at all....and only cared about the other customers when he already had one. I wont be driving with trius for a long time!

what has happened? one time trius went to great length to answer all complaints and followed up all problems. out lost and found was good at returning articles left in cars. the pricing was 99.9%. may have something to do with people taking pride in their jobs.
