Loyal Taxi is the worst taxi company that I have ever dealt with. I called the cab at 9pm and waited 45minutes before I decided to call and cancel the cab. Once I was speaking to the dispatcher she was VERY rude and condescending. She said that the cab had already come to pick me up and left because no one answered the buzz, which is a total lie. Loyal taxi will say anything to make the customer look wrong. I STRONGLY suggest that no one call loyal for a taxi!!! They are not worth anyone's time!!!!

Was dropped off about 3 kms from home and told we would have to walk the rest of the way, at night during a snow storm. Then was still expected to pay the fair!!!
