I call Loyal almost every night to go to work & usually don't wait more then 15 mins, which to me is acceptable. Tonight however I waited OVER 45 mins for my cab & was told twice when I called that he was "on his way". I was late for work & that did not make me happy as I will get docked 15 mins for being late. I will be calling to speak to someone about this in the morning.

During a snowstorm one night recently, I got stuck in a bank. One of the drivers from Loyal was nice enough to stop and help me. :D Thank you!

Great Company, sometimes you have to wait but people don't realize that other people call the company as well, you are not the only person requesting a cab and there are only so many vehicles available. No matter what company you take long waits will sometimes happen because vehicles are designated to zones in the city not just any free cab can go pick you up. To make it Affordable for any taxi company to provide low fairs, they must stay organized and align there orders according to areas. Example. You are north side and there is a free vehicle south side. That south side vehicle will not be picking you up till a north side vehicle free to get you. Taxi business if a very complicated industry that takes skilled dispatchers to coordinate orders around the city in a pattern the saves time and money for the company to offers the rate they offer.

Looooooong waits most of the time! Dispatchers are rude and not a pleasant experience far too many times.

Loyal Taxi is the worst cab company in town, The other day I had to wait over 25 minutes for a cab to arrive, right now my girlfriend it has been 25 minutes and my girlfriend needs to catch a bus, she called an hour before the bus leaves.... not only that, when you call to ask where your cab is, they'll straight up lie and say "it'll be right there!", and then you wait another 15 minutes. It's unbelievable that these fools are still in business

funny how you expect a taxi company to cater to your every need yet, when you have to wait they are the worst cab in town... How many others did you call before you tried Loyal Taxi.. and how long was the wait for those companies.. your not the ONLY person who called for a cab and you wont be the last. Obviously they were busy.... ever think that might have been the case???

Most of these customers are fortunate they received any type of response.Based on their inability to spell,it would be best in the future if they had someone call for them when needing a taxi.

Loyal Taxi is the best company i have ever taken in the city of fredericton the drivers are nice people and the owners mike and tony soffee are the nices people you ever want to meet Loyal Taxi is the best and i just want to say hey GUYS and Girls keep up the good work and i wish you all the best
