Made me angry...I needed a ride back to my car after a wedding the previous night and when I phoned for a taxi I asked what the rate was and the woman told me $5.00 one way flat rate. (last time I used a cab it was around that). I had just enough change so I went ahead with getting the taxi, and although the woman arrived when expected, she was rude and had someone else in the car with her? I had my 2 boys with me, so more room would have been nice. When she told me $12.00 I laughed. Are you serious? For a 1-2 minute drive your going to charge what it takes me to fill half a tank of gas? I told her I thought she said $5 over the phone and if she wouldn't mind running me over to the bank I would get her the rest of the payment. She snubbed me off and was rather unpleasant and said don't worry about it...I'll just eat the cost, I don't have time to drive you everywhere. Give your head a shake woman!! Awful company and WAY too expensive for an in-town ride, and a very short one at that!!!

Called at 7am. Waited for 30 mins and nobody showed up so I cancelled it. The lady driver/dispatcher was so rude and didn't even bother to apologize for the wait.

Not a good first impression.  Phoned for a cab at 11:05am for a short trip in town.  By 11:35am, no one had showed so I called back.  Apparently, I was picked up and delivered- whatever things happen, so another cab was resent.  At 11:55am I finally called to cancel this cab because I was tired of waiting.  50 minutes spent in front of my window watching- waste of a morning and I could have walked ther and back in that time.

They are way too expesive. A meter would be nice. But I guess competion is non existent so why not rip off the residents if you can.
