I called the operator and they say they won't move my stuffs to new house. Then, i said they are luggages and some of stuffs in plastics. They asked "things like garbages?". I said, no, they are things that you need when moving to new house, not much, no furniture. She said "we don't move STINK THINGS". What is actually she was trying to say? RUDEEEEE..

Don't ever use yellow cab service. They are rude people. Even when you call them, they won't move your "stink" stuffs to new house. Like "garbages" even though it is not. Such uncivilized people. Maybe i should teach them proper language manner.

on behalf of the Mendoza family, we would like to commend the honest act of a certain taxi driver whose name started or sounded like GURP--- his taxi no. is 421. My sister left her wallet in his taxi without realizing it. We went to meet a house agent and when we were on our way home, we found ourselves far from the bus station and in need of a taxi cab. We were glad to see a Yellow Cab again but was surprised to find the same driver again. He asked us who lillette is and he gave back my sister's wallet. It is not everyday that you'd find an honest man. This driver is commendable and we are forever thankful to him! We know there is no word or any material gift we could give him to thank him but again, Thanks to this driver! God bless him!

YES, It is very unfortunate that some of the taxi drivers are not professional. My daughters friend was anxious to go home one evening and she didn't know her home address by heart so my son Dalt ran upstairs back to our apt to grab the addresss but during that brief time, the cab driver told the lil girl to get out of his cab if she didn't know where the hell she was going to. This cab driver needs to be disciplined and find a different job if he can't show patience, courtesy or kindness.
