Terrible, terrible. DO NOT USE !!! Booked the night before at 8:45pm for a 5:00am pickup the next morning for my wife to be taken to the airport on important business trip. Was reassured then that they would be there in the morning....I am forced to call at 5:00am wondering where they are...idiot owner blames driver, says she'll be right there....10 after and my wife is scrambling to switch plans to now have to drive and leave our car at the airport for 4 days. My wife leaves, dingbat lady shows up...doesn't apologize and just goes to drive off. I call company back to tell how bad this has impacted us and how much trouble they've caused, and get hung up on. My wife had to run to make the flight ( just what you want to do in your expensive business clothes ), just makes her flight by minutes, and now I don't have a car for 4 days. I have never had a cab company be so unprofessional or idiotic in my life. I truly recommend you call somewhere else if you actually want to get somewhere important and on time.
