i hate the cabs in calgary...i have never seen such terrible costumer service in my life people just make me god dam right mad...if i do get an answer they are rude and ignornant and tell me they don't pick people up from that end of the city and try calling this cab company, you are a cab company i believe you shouldn't have so much restrictions and well i can keep going on and on how much i hate the cabs in calgary, i deal with them on a daily basis because of the job i have and it sucks ass

Hi I am running airport sedan service in Calgary,since Aug 2004,What I notice that the people who use the service they are responsible for this bad service, There is several reason like! 1. every one start calling at same time. 2. People called more then one cab company. It called cab conference. these calls engage 3-4 cabs for one calls. that makes driver crazy and then he/she stop taking calls from dispatch. 3. People going to airport can use airport sedan service (flat rates)to airport, that way more taxis will be available to the people don't go to the airport. 4. In slow time people going frequently to airport should use the small fleet of the sedan service that way the small companies can maintain their fleet, that will help u in winter or busy time, because nobody can bring the more cars in service for few days not only that you can also use airport sedan service to go home from clubs on hourly rates. rates start as low as $60/hour/pickup additional pick-up and drop-off is extra. 5.And always remember RIDE 'N' FLY Airport Sedan Service and Ph. 1. People call at the same time probably due to peak demand. Rush hour and when bars close would probably result in many people calling at once. How is this the customers fault? More staff should be put on during peak times, just like they do at any business. 2. If you were told your cab is coming in 10 minutes and than after 20 your still waiting what would you do? I would assume that the cab is not coming and call again. I think that if a phone rep cannot give me accurate information, why should I give them my money? 3. Sedan services are flat rates, but they still cost about double for my to go to the airport. I looked into this service after being lectured from a cab driver about not having children. He brought it up because it was close to Christmas and I guess he thought I should have children with me. I said I was a student and didn't have kids. He than proceeded to have a conversation with himself about how I was wasting my time by not reproducing. Just a side note. I think you need to remember that customers pay you. Without our cash you would not have anything. I for one have bought a car and now only use a cab service about once a year instead of the 4-6 per month that I did use.

It took over a half hour to find a cab company that actually answered the phone. What a joke.

it is very bad.. It took me a long time to book a taxi..I tried a long list of Taxi complanies. They are either busy or no one anwers. I can not understand what is wrong..

the calgary taxis are  stupid no ones ever in  my end of town and im always late for work cuz the taxi drivers dont noe how to drive the speed limit

Useful information for organizing a way home after a night out or finding transportation when on business. But it would be more advisable to have a n online booking system, cause a lot of people doesn't want to make a call while they have the internet available.
