Awesome service! I called the dispatch, and got a car fast. The driver was friendly and kept a conversation going throughout the trip from the airport to crescent hill. Highly recommend

So not reliable and bad customer service! Iv ordered taxi ahead of time cus of d bad weather i booked it at 5:30 the cabs driver called me if im stll waiting for a cab ? ANd im like wel duh and he sed hel b late for 15 mins 6 0clock alredi and i called bavk if he stl coming and then he sed d comoany cancelled it dt may b they sent another cab . Another 30 mins i called d customer service im stl waitng for d cab he sed hes on d way hel b here prolly 15mins its alredi 7pm and iv waited more than 2hrs now and im so late !watta waste of time

Hello: Guys
I work as Concierge Services for a luxury condominium in Down town, we always get services from one of this companies, the problem is that their Customer Service is bad, and I don't recommend any body to use their service, the people is very rude.
IF YOU NEED A TAXI SERVICES DONT CALLED THIS GUYS. DELTA CAB

During a trip from the airport to University Heights, the taxi driver was asking all about my studies and the challenges of student life. Then he charged me $60. Never again!!! I'd rather walk!

Do not use these guys. They will tell you that they are available when they're not, and will leave you hanging, only to tell you later that they never intended to show up. We relied on them to take us to a function. Called them an hour and a half later to be told that they never really intended to pick us up, despite having told us that they were on their way.

I have been using delta cabs for 2 years because i come to Calgary for business meeting often. But the last couple of trips for me have been difficult. Associate Cabs are quite rude, and at times i wait for 30 minutes before i get a cab, especially on Friday nights. Now I book ahead of times with Delta Cabs.

A guest took a Delta cab from the airport to our hotel on March 18 and the driver was very rude to our guest stating that he waited three hours and this trip was not worth it to him. My advice is don't take a Delta Cab (especially car #334!) unless you want to hear about the hard luck of waiting at the airport for a cash cow and only getting a short trip!

I called during a peak time(7:40am) and they said they would take 10 minutes. And they came in 10 minutes. Driver was friendly. I'm a happy camper!
