First, it is very difficult to take someone seriously who uses nothing but internet short hand. Second, When making a negative complaint about a service, it is very rude, in my opinion, to include emotion. Whether you feel ripped off or not does not matter, it only matters if you were actually ripped off. I do not care what profane word you wish to use to describe the service, there are always better ways of describing something than "it sucks", or referring to someone as a "retard". Whoever you are, you could use an etiquette lesson. Third, even though I have had nothing but bad experiences with taxi services in my own history, the only person who is posting here that is writing rationally, and with proper grammar I might add, is the person who works for the taxi company.

what you people don't seem to understand is dispatching is a very stressful job at points the phones are ringing out of control and we arn't phycic we can't tell you exzactly when your cab willl be there we can just give you what we think it will take sometimes were wrong most of the time for that matter since there are so meny other things that play into when the cabs get to you we do our best and all we get in return are ignorent phone calls and people cursing us becuase there cab isent there right in the time frame we give.maybe if you people took into consideration all the stuff we go through dealing with rude costomers you would understand.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. And the taxi drivers ask you to many questions about your personal life. It's like they are all interogating spies. Do not let them bully you around.

Yes, we do have problems - but no one seems to realize that when we say "5-10" that generally means that there is only one trip or none waiting- so it wont be long. We do not take into account how long it will take a driver to get from where they last dropped someone off to where you are. As for when we say 45 minutes.. once again, there are many factors we can't take into account - such as the one stated above, and also the weather, how many trips there are exactly - we dont know where these people are going and therefore cannot give you an exact timeframe. Remember- these are estimates. I understand that the east indian accent is difficult to understand, however we should be grateful that they do run the taxi service.. otherwise.. how are you going to get somewhere? We do have a very frusterating job, and try our best to get you the cab you want in a timeframe that is acceptable, but we ask you to remember this: You're not the only one calling for a cab. We get hundreds of calls a day. For every complaint and dissapointment, there are many many more people who are very satisfied with our company. Ask anyone in Abbotsford which taxi service is overall better and they'll tell you Abby Taxi (Yellow) is the one.
