Having a commercial EU function, I regularly travel all over Europe, and I must say that Taxis Verts is one of the most professional cab companies I have seen so far. I usually come to Brussels twice a month for about 7 years now. I never had any issues, on the contrary. I lately forgot my wallet and passport in one of their taxis, and 3 hours later they came to our Belgian office to bring them back. For free! Thanks a lot for the effort and the service.

Hallo. I ordered a taxis verts on Oct.7, 3.30 a.m, to the far airport from the centrum. The driver took 120 EUR, no ticket, of course, and left me at a closed terminal, five km away. I was SHOCKED. Brussels, the heart of Europe. Be very careful!

Two out of three times they overcharged and the last time I called they didn't even bother to arrive, despite the fact I called to see what is going on after 20 min of waiting. Poor, poor service.

I was in a need for a fast lift in 3 a.m. for a flight from Charleroi. I called this cab service, and nobody could speak english - my french is poor. After a few minutes of trying, they just hanged me up.
I'LL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!!!
