Yesterday I was offered the worst taxi experience of my life by the Texis Verts which taught me to never use their services again, here's a long version of what happened:
I called a taxi at 23:10 to Herrmann-Debroux, I was told that one will come in 10-15 minutes. After half an hour of waiting I called again, I was asked where in Hermann-Debroux I am, I said I am at the Shell gas station. I was told ok, stay there, we will come pick you up from there. After 20 minutes I call again, the person asks me where I am, I say in Herrmann-Debroux, he concludes, ah, at the gas station, wait 10 minutes, the taxi will come. After 20 minutes, at this point I had waited for one hour and 10 minutes, I called again, and got an answer: ”this is not a fixed address, I will not send a taxi there, give me a name of a restaurant nearby”, I said there are no restaurants nearby, why isn't a gas station good enough, he answered it's not, I ask why I wasn't told about this before, he hangs up.
All this time I was alone outside shivering in the cold, waiting for an hour and 20 minutes until I managed to get a taxi by another company. I have made a complaint to the company and am now waiting for their reply. Let's see what they say.

taxi vert = taxi terrible
I order a taxi at 9h45 for noon the same day to catch an international train at 12h50. The taxi does not show-up.
I call them at noon and inquire about the missing taxi. Well we cannot find a reservation sir. Later, well we did have a taxi at your door but you did not open. So we left.
I have no missed my train and have to buy a new ticket.
