I ordered a taxi for 7am to take me to an exam this morning.  at 7.05 the taxi wasn't there so I called.  The guy said the taxi was coming.  At 7.15 the taxi still wasn't there so I called back.  The guy said that the first taxi driver didn't answer so must have slept in, so he would send another one.  He asked if it was urgent!!!  at 7h30 still no taxi, the guy doesn't answer anymore, so I had to find an alternative.  Very frustrating, lousy experience.  Wouldn't recommend them!

These guys only speak French! Not really smart for a service company in a bi-lingual city with Dutch/French city names. Speaking English, French and Dutch is a must for taxi drivers in Brussels. This guy was unwilling to try and find the address which I only had in Dutch translation. The operators also did not speak Dutch.
