I wouldn't recommend using this service. Ever. Not even to someone I truly hated. I called for a ride home from the shops with my groceries. I waited in the hot sun for more than an hour, and called the service about 5 times. Each time I called I was assured a driver was "on their way", but no taxi ever arrived. In the end, kind Samaritans spotted me crying on the side of the road and gave me a lift, but my groceries were ruined. Not the first time they've done something like this. You're better off walking.

On crutches while leaving hospital emergency at Randwick,on driving away the driver said how much are you willing to pay because i have been waiting here for a long time, when i said I would pay the metered fare only he became rude and aggressive, he was of indian or Pakistani descent, he also would not give me my change on arrival at my destination, whats happened to the taxi service in sydney?

Not happy ! Booked a day in advanced for a trip to Sydney airport. Confirmed a carseat supplied by taxi company for our 15 month old girl. Driver showed up saying "Hello, I've got no carseat for you, it's basically a wrong booking, do you still want the ride ??" What??!!! Why didnt they call beforehand if they cant supply carseat so we can make another arrangement??? Why showed up and said no carseat - sorry. We had a plane to catch - we cant afford to wait for another cab to show up which could take up to 45 minutes!!! Driver said he was a careful driver and the child can use adult seatbelt!! Not happy!! wont be using this company anymore as they don't take booking seriously.
