10pm on a wednesday night... I spent 15 minutes on the phone, on hold to crown cabs... Only to get hung up on... When I finally got to book my cab.. I Then waited 3 hrs for the cab & decided to walk my journey... tonight Pathetic!!! Anyone & I mean anyone with a drivers licence could provide a better service.. Very Disapointed :( And what is worse is Sunbury doesnt have any other cab services.... ???

they might have bought WOODEND TAXIS but the service is horrific

The info above is incorrect because they have 4 wheelchair accessible taxis which means more disabled people can go out more frequently which is great.

where do they get the 4 wheelchairs from -----------isnt it true they are only supposed to have 15 cabs in SUNBURY but they leave Kilmore and woodend without cabs on weekend and bring them down to sunbury while other drivers have time off.CROWN IS CRAP is a very good comment
