I WISH TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A PIG OF A TAXI DRIVER WHO WOULD NOT GIVE ME LIFT SIMPLY BECAUSE IT WAS A $5 TRIP FROM MERCHANT ST DOCKLANDS TO SPENCER ST. I AM CURRENTLY GETTING PHYSIO FOR MY KNEE AND CANNOT WALK LONG DISTANCES PARTICULARLY NOT AT NIGHT. IT WAS 10.30PM AND HIS CAR OR STAFF NO WAS 2706. PLEASE ACTION THIS COMPLAINT.
