OMG Unbelieveable. He parked illegally, and parked me in, he would not reverse to let me out of my legal paid for car space. He then had the nerve to beep his horn and give me the bird. I'm not sure why people like this come to our country and then behaive un-Australian. Shame on you!!

I have had an astonishing experience with the receptionist of Cabexpress: the night before I rang and the receptionist could not identify the pick up point I said and before I tried again with a different name he simply hang up. Last night I prepared with a clear, unmistaken pick up point and rang again. But before I say it he hung up again, as soon as he asked my name. I have never seen any receptionist anywhere in the world who decidedly is interested in neither the customer’s interest nor his own company’s interest. I won't be surprised if this happened before with other customers who did not want to be bothered with writing this. I am making complaint here so his boss can see it and other customers can be warned.

Caxpress is usually better than the Canberra Cab, and the drivers are polite. But the reception is terrible and that put people off.

Canberra Cabs has the worst and the most rude driver in the world. Don't use it. Especially cab TX476. Rude and he farted. The whole cab stinks of his fart.

Thanks to Canberra Cabs for giving me a excellent service and I wont care about money for the excellent service. I found some cheap and local are complaining about ripping off extra charges well for them use bus services guys dont use cab coz you guys wont deserve excellence services from cabbies. In my opinion its a best.

The buses in Canberra are so good that it is not big niche for taxis so they easily got crasy, I think.

Canberra Taxis' are the most disgraceful and rude I have ever experienced. It is a plight on a great city where all people try hard to see the you have a great time. Sorry to those drivers that try hard, you are let down by drivers that don't give a damn, are rude, take the longest way around (The idiot who took me one night from the airport did not realise I was from Canberra and deliberately took me two suburbs out of the way), inconsiderate and for some reason have an innate need to ask imposing questions. WAKE UP FOOLS

I booked a taxi that NEVER showed up.
When I asked how could that happened, you HANGED UP.
