This message is for Black and White taxi service in Cairns, Austraia. While staying in Cairns last week from Thursday thru Sunday mornig, I used your taxi service 4 times. The service was good but I do have a report on the last trip that I took with your service. I had arranged for your taxi to pick me up at the Treetops Lodge, Stratford, at 4am, Sunday, 2 May. The taxi arrived on time and was taking me to the Airport domestic terminal. My report is about the driver or the vehicle. The only way I can describe the driver is that he wore a turban on his head. Either the steering on this vehicle is loose or the driver has a problem. The vehicle wandered from side to side in the traffic lanes as if the steering was malfunctioning or the driver possibly has a problem with his eyesight and was continually overcorrecting the steering to stay on the road. I was nervous during the whole trip because of the vehicle wandering around on the road. This should be looked into as an accident will negatively affect your company.

hi, i catch your taxis alot but im not happy with the survice as some of your drivers know where there going but others take the long way and when i explain the quick way they dont listen. my prices range from $12.00 to $15.00 the ones that know where there going charge me $12.00 to $12.50 each time.How can this change?
