I would like someone to tell me how i go about booking a cab that will need a baby seat to go to Brisbane Airport, I will also need to be picked up by a cab with a baby seat, do you have a special number to ring? how much notice must i give you?

i would like to know approximately how much is the budget taxi fare from Arafura street located at Klumpp Road,upper mount gravatt to Brisbane International Airport?
If i wanted to pre-booked a taxi,is there any surcharge or GST included?

please quote a fare for 10 am.  4th Jan 2009 - Coolangatta to Murarrie, Brisbane 4 pax + 4 luggage (approx 70 kilos total)
