I booked TAXI this afternoon at about 2:00pm this afternoon. I called again at about 3:30pm to make some changes. The operator picked up the phone was very rude. I dont think her attitude was acceptable as a customer service person. she even dropped phone when i asked to speak to the supervisor. I didnt get her name. she has very heavy accent. I could not understand what she was saying.  
I called again. a guy picked up the phone. I asked him to transfer me to the supervisor. i had to hold the phone for more than 10 mins but no one picked it up on your side. I wonder is this your service style? I  would like to receive your feedback.
