To everyone that has had problems with this company regarding stollen property or anything else please email me at zoieverett@hotmail.com We also left items in the car and when we went to the police station the driver decided to keep a shirt that was newly purchased! After calling the company many times with extremely rude operators we have decided to act on it! A male operator laughed at us and said take it to a current affair or today tonight, so we have decided to do just that!! Please get in touch, i wanna make them pay!!!

I do not recommend Adelaide Independent Taxis, my most recent experience we waited 50 minutes for a cab that never showed up. When we rang them the operator she told me that the driver had already been which was a lie, and that their drivers wont get out of the car of knock on the door (news to me). I recommend Adelaide Suburban, they provide a much better service, avoid Adelaide Independent

My attrative17 year old daughter waited 50 mins for a taxi,  Rang at 7.17, she rang again at 7:30 taxi suppose to be nearly there. rang 15 min later they said it was cancelled as no one there.taxi had gone to wrong place. told again where to go and went to wrong place again, she rang again and told them where to go!! would have been really nice to tell them where to go!!!!!!!

I was in one of the Adel Independent taxis while in Adelaide and my mobile phone slipped out of my pocket while in the taxi and I have not been able to recover it. After ringing their Lost Property dept I was told the driver looked but phone was not in the car which I do not believe. I am 100% certain I left it in the taxi. There is no way the taxi can be independently searched and I have to rely on this driver's word. I was told by the taxi company that I could file a police report but that was it. What kind of shoddy oufit is this coming running? Don't they vet who works for them at all??? Never using their services again and neither will any of the people  I know.

id like to express great concern about mismanagement  described as a simple COMPUTER GLITCH.
I recieve a telephone call from a concerned teacher today asking "did you book a taxi for Brandon today to take him to an appointment"im like huh,no!
We both chase the this taxi company up with the similar stories
-destination was Port Adelaide
-was booked for 12.45pm
-was for my son.
the problem was I didnt book a taxi,we didnt have an appointment and I communicate with the school all the time and I would have contacted the teacher and or principal if there was such a thing oh and I do not use this company AT ALL.
The response I recieved from the operator,
-your son was booked for a taxi at 12.45 today to be taken to 'the docks'at Port Adelaide..
what would have happened to my 12yr old son when they arrived at Port Adelaide to realise there was no appointment?
A COMPUTER GLITCH is the excuse,why do you keep my sons name on a TEMPLATE with your company that we do not use?
I am computer savvy here, to me that sounds the biggest load of garbage iv heard.
absolutely dissappointed in you all with a sorry that wont happen again..
well bad luck if he was murdered because of your computer glitch!
TAXI BOARD IS NEXT!!!
